well u may think its stupid q but it could b interesting... i know for sure when i go to a wce port game chad cornes is always getting abused... aswell as players like, josh carr, michael o'loughlin!!!
some fans take football to the extreme, you answered your own question one question ago, you say you hate Justin Westhoff, probably the most easy going guy in the Port Line up. some fans just love to hate opposition players, all opposition players. its extreme but thats football. and from what i have seen on this site, its a genuine hatred, you can see the venom in their answers, its a shame people take "sport" to that vulgar extremity, both physical and verbal.
a few years ago i had never heard the word "ferals" used in the way it is on this site, it is used totally to offend,ridicule, and upset, maybe some just like offending and abusing others its the way they get their kicks
We have witnessed this type of extremity with english soccer, we have all said it will not come here, it has already arrived, with fans banned from grounds for lengthy periods, if they have to take their "support" to that ridiculous extreme, they do not belong in the ground, and i totally agree with the banning of those so called "supporters"
I personally know of individuals who will not take their families to the football, they used to, but justifiably so, will not now, those so called "Supporters" are totally responsible for that. they consider themselves great supporters of their clubs, yet the clubs have stated emphatically, they dont want them simply because they drive families away.
and yes I agree, chad cornes does get this kind of "abuse" and believe me when you hear this kind of rubbish coming from supporters of your own club,directed at opposition players you still "cringe".
